We had a broken drain pipe that was making our living situation miserable. James was recommended to us by a plumber. He told us he could do the job in a few weeks and then proceed to not communicate further than that. James was very inconsiderate of our needs and didn’t contact us effectively at all, just kept not answering the phone and texting that he would “call me back”, we felt completely ignored. Utterly terrible, they deserve negative stars.
Unreliable. After 3 weeks of being told that they would start my project "the next day", they finally stopped answering my phone calls and never returned any messages I left for them. If they were not interested in doing the project, they simply could have told me that up front and I could have moved on. Instead they strung me along for several weeks, causing a lengthy delay in my building project. Very unprofessional.
They were working on are neighbor's house and needed access through are yard we end up having to hire a landscaping company to fix are yard after they basically refused to fix it right
