Went there for a screen repair and after my phone was still having the same issue so I went back a few times & still have same problem. Since they don’t do refunds I had no way to get my money back so he said I’d have to buy a new phone with store credit but before I could even buy the new one they deleted so many of my personal photos which was very upsetting bc they weren’t backed up by iCloud so now I have no way to recover them. Good professional work
I took my 2 daughters here to get there iPad screen repaired. One was 250 the other 150. One of the iPads were locked due to the broken screen it kept pushing random buttons I explained this to his wife and she stated it could be fixed with iTunes. When I picked up the iPads the screens were fixed but the one was still locked when I expressed this to the wife all of a sudden it couldn’t be unlocked.
