I asked about a screen protector for my Android phone. If only I was informed at the very, very beginning that the screen savers they had were not smug resistant. Then I would not have yo go back several times. Customer service needs to be elevated being black owned.
A while ago I went there to get my iPad fixed my boyfriend paid $270 just for a cracked screen I’ve been calling big Al’s for 3 months now because my iPad screen is coming up and my touch button, remember even with my iPad cracked my screen nor touch button was coming up after I took it there to get it fixed it started coming up and no one there will fix nor return my calls. , the women that works there Is very rude & hard to work with, she actually said my iPad was broke and not coming on when it was just really dead ! Don’t bring your iPhone here, they will damage it and lie about it. I lived few mins down the block and my iPhone 14 Pro Max had cracked in the back, not to drive many miles down to Apple in Dallas, I gave them a shot, they damaged the motherboard of the phone and told me the phone never turned on when I dropped it. I took the phone to Apple and they told me whoever tried to fix the crack in the back damaged the phone. I brought it back to them and the lady (wife) talked down on me disrespectful. Called about 5 times and no one would answer the phone they’d just pick up the phone and not say anything everytime and then just hang up someone recommended this place to me but so far customer service not great
