I was calling the company to get an quote & the lady who answered cussed me out..
Went there for a screen repair and after my phone was still having the same issue so I went back a few times & still have same problem. Since they don’t do refunds I had no way to get my money back so he said I’d have to buy a new phone with store credit but before I could even buy the new one they deleted so many of my personal photos which was very upsetting bc they weren’t backed up by iCloud so now I have no way to recover them.
