Driving from Edmonton to Lethbridge for a family memorial event, we encountered a terrible grinding of the brakes, which had recently been completely replaced. Towed my car to their shop said they couldn't fix it I'd have to take it to dealership had to pay for another tow but they charged me to tell me they couldn't fix it
