I worked with Jordan from Big Air Heating and Cooling and he was so nice and professional! He was extremely thorough in his analysis of our system; he took pictures and video, and he made sure to explain to us exactly what he was seeing and why he was making certain recommendations. The office staff was also overly communicative and let us know what to expect, who was coming to our house, and what work they would be performing.
