We had a wonderful experience with Jordan Wayman from Big Air Heating & Air! Our AC stopped working during the heat, and Yordan went above and beyond to get it working again. The repair was time-consuming and challenging, but he didn’t give up. He was patient, hardworking, and he did everything he could to find a solution and get our AC back up and running. Incredibly grateful we were referred to Big Air after our HVAC and water heater broke day one of moving into our new home. Not only were they responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful - they also suffered through the arduous process of seeking a home warranty claim (which…sucked. Avoid Fidelity National Home Warranty like the plague!)
