Flawless excellent service. We had two instant hot water heater units fully serviced (scale and flush). The technician Victor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Big Air was running a special so the cost was very reasonable for what is a long job. We liked the technician so much and were so impressed that we will definitely be returning customers.
This company seemed nice enough after having a rocky start with communication. However, I was promised a refund (in writing) within 7-14 business days after deciding I did not want to join your membership because I already have one with another HVAC company. I was told by Shannon to reach back out if the refund had not shown up in my account after 7-14 days. Well, that was July 29th and it is now August 28th and I have still not receievef the refund. The techni ian who came was able to find right away which was the problem.
Great service! The team even worked through a heat wave to install our new furnace and A/C. Highly recommended!!
