We’ve been a customer for years. Then when you have a problem, and this case, it involves new metal heating filters, you can’t get any update or a phone call back. It’s been almost a month. No response. You can talk to their call center all day long but the people at Big Air won’t return the call.
Thank you for having such a great crew. You all are so respectful and do such a good job! We love everybody that comes to the house, Joachim, Ernesto, Hector and Mike.

The bill to replace my water heater was $10,000(!!). They wanted 4000 to replace my sump pump. Now, a month later I am still not able to get the paperwork from them required by the insurance company.
