Great place to buy a new vehicle. Everyone was friendly and the whole process was quick and easy.
My stepdaughter purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion in February and had a check engine light come on a week after. Took it back & they replaced catalytic converter with no questions. Light came on again recently-they had us bring it in and determined O2sensor was bad. They replaced both sensors @ no charge. This is a very professional dealer and I must commend Shawn for his attention to this problem & I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a car.
They were awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Bob was our salesman and he was very helpful and no pressure!
They helped when no one else could i would recommend anyone who needs a car go to big 3 !!! Gor a great truck had a slight problem that was no problems for their mechanic to diagnose and fix truck runs fantastic thanks cant say thanks enough for all they have done to help in every aspect of the buying process. Brisa was amazing! Not only did she try and help me get the best deal but she was so genuine and nice through the whole process. This was my first car purchase and she helped me get the lowest payment for the best value. Not only but after I had purchased my car she had gotten the tire sensors for my two left tires without charge! If you're going to buy a car here ( which I highly recommend) I suggest going with Brisa, she will not disappoint!!
