I do not recommend this place one bit. The SUV sold to us has had to have repair after repair starting with a short time after buying the car. They sold it for way more than the car was worth. It is our fault for not looking up in the Kelly book to see that we were screwed. however, now we are upside down on a car that is literally costing more than it's worth...we haven't even had the car 2 yrs and already spending hundreds in repairs... that we dont have. we specifically told the person we wanted a better car for our famil... read more
In April 2019 I purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey EXL from Big 12 Auto in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Total price of 17,833.62 that included a Standard Warrenty for 12 month or 12,000 miles. Within days of purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on. I called Big 12 Auto and returned the vehicle to be repaired. RecommendedBest car buying experience I could ask for. They where friendly and fair. never made me feel like I am getting haggled. Encourage me to take the car to my mechanic, and after that fixed all the problems that needed.

Big 12 auto has been a blessing in disguise for me. Bought a truck from them and took it home, had it a week and something went wrong with the timing chain. They took my truck back and fixed the issue and saved the day. Extremely nice to me and went over and beyond my expectations and continue to!
