They offered me a deal better than the local storage places could offer. I'm happy at how easy the move in process was... less than 15 minutes over the phone and I was done!
Big Ten Storage has been a great place for me to store my "stuff". I rent 2 units with them and visit my units often to add things and take things out. The facility is always nice, neat and clean. Extremely safe. Great management team. They really do have the BEST rates in town!
I've been a customer for the past 5 years and I have to say that the level of care I get here doesn't compare to other storage facilities I've called. I was offered a very good deal and decided to rent with them. I just recently added on a smaller unit for another purpose. If you're thinking about where to store your belongings for the longhaul, I would trust renting here. I Iand don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
