I left my cell phone in a Biffs porta potty at a concert. Luckily my family members have a way of tracking it and saw it was at the Biffs warehouse. We called their emergency line on a Sunday and a wonderful woman took time out of her weekend to diligently help me out. I didn’t happen to catch her name but she was so sweet! I was very pleased with the porta potty experience overall and exceptional customer service.
