A most pleasant part of my afternoon. Dr Bieter was very knowledgeable. He has a great sense of humor. ( So was Jason one of his techs.) It was very interesting to see the photography of the back of my eye. Any patient that does not feel welcomed by any of the staff, just has unrealistic expectations. The staff which helps people select their glasses struck just the right tone between some suggestions and helping (if wanted) be close observation of the customer.
