My young daughter went in for a procedure result. Chris Biesinger told her he was a very busy man and asked her if she cared about her health. He could have more professional, rather than being so curt. The results were inconclusive, by the way.... Maybe he wouldn't be so busy if he had looked at the results and called instead of having her come in.
I would recommend Chris to anyone. When he came in and said “Hi, young lady,” I joked that he might be senile because I’m definitely not young anymore. We laughed and had a quick chat about age. Chris is both personable and down to earth. He asked the right questions, offered suggestions, and took my opinion into account. He was kind when I talked about my struggles and supported me when I tried to downplay them. BEST DOCTOR IVE EVER MET! I had a blood disease, and would always be treated badly when a doctor learned how I got it. Not chris. He genuinely did not look at me any different! If anything, it made him care more. When my insurance tried to keep my refill from being fulfilled, chris was right there on the phone WHILE I WAS IN THE ROOM - RIGHT AT THAT MOMENT NO HESITATION. This man right here is an Angel, quite honestly. When my insurance failed to cover my medicine as a child in state custody, he went out of his way to ensure I finished my full course of treatment and therefore saved my life. He explained things thoroughly my condition then, what the course of action needed to be and what the process would look like and what I needed to do to increase my chances of positive results. I had a first appt with this Dr today and am very impressed. First off, he said he reviewed my chart and past test results for 10 minutes before coming into my appt. That is so awesome! I think we would all love for every dr to do that every time. great job! I immediately felt like he wanted to help me because of that. The rest of the appt was great too.
