Biery Cheese, I had your cheese for the first time today. It won't be the last. Your aged swiss has the right amount of flavor to it, not strong and over powering like some I've had. The New York sharp cheddar had the perfect amount of bite with a slight after taste lingering on the palate. Both were smooth and creamy. Amazing.
