My family really enjoys Biery Cheese and we have it quite often. My favorite is the Hickory Smoked Swiss.

I like all the products I have tried, but the thin sliced cheddars are extra good. Perfect for sandwiches (especially toasted cheese), omelets, and snacking!
The name, the plaid ribbon, it all looks so European! I've heard that cheese from Europe is superior because they feed the cows real grass. I am a total "cheeseaholic" and WILL EAGERLY DEVOUR ANY BIERY CHEESE THAT COMES IN FRONT OF ME
