I am going to be moving in this fall and I have had a terrible experience with getting communication from the management here. I applied for a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment and got approved in January as well as signed my lease. I have emailed them 3 separate times as well as called and left voicemails asking about the floor plan and the dimensions of the bedrooms because they no longer have it posted on their website, and have gotten zero response until my stepmom made a call. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE>... Not sure why ANYONE would like to move there. Worst service I have ever received.
