Absolute WORST dentist office out there! Please save yourself some time, money and pain by NOT going here. They don't care about their patients in the slightest bit, they are just out to get your money. Especially the extremely rude, inconsiderate and unfriendly billing lady they have working for them. I had a TERRIBLE experience at Complete Family Dentistry, and with Dr. Bierman. I went in a few months ago for an extraction. They split my gums wide open, didn't bother to tell me. After being in pain for more than a month the split in my gum finally started to heal... which revealed a large piece of tooth or bone sticking out of my gums.
