Wife and I have stayed here a couple times over the years. The most comfortable bed ever. My wife accidently left her favorite pillow and a comforter in the room at check out. After a phone call the staff recovered the items, packed them up and sent them to us. A few days and restless nights later ... all was right in the world again. GREAT SERVICE
