One of the greatest places our family has ever stayed. Everything was perfect. Loved that large balcony overlooking Decatur St. Enjoyed our breakfast every morning and the couple that served. Ms Cynthia was the greatest and she had an answer for every question I asked. This is where I intend to stay anytime I am in NOLA.
Poor service. They do not answer when you call the front desk. No one was at the front desk on more than one occasion when help was needed. Broken a/c in two seperate rooms. Poor management. No manager was present to complain to for 2 days. I was given her card by the front desk. Emailed her 4 days ago and have yet to hear back!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location very convenient to everything.. HOWEVER...you have to pay over $30 to have your vehicle parked OFF SITE. They tell you to give them 30 minutes to retrieve your vehicle. We did...an hour later it still was not there. The valet person informed me I could walk to go get it myself (older man who works in the afternoon.) Overall, the staff could have cared less about your needs. Check in was at 4pm. I know that this is rather late. I stayed there a few years ago. When I got into my room, I discovered that the door to the adjoining room would not lock. I called the front desk and was told to put a chair under the knob. That was the extent of their assistance. I actually rearranged the furniture and put a heavy chest in front of the door.
