Wish I had read reviews before calling! DO NOT use this "company"!!! They incorrectly diagnosed our refridgerator and tried charging us \$300 to fix the wrong problem. Customer Service is an foreign word to the "manager" Greg!! He will NOT return phone calls when he says he will and told me the service report from the other company we used, that diagnosed it correctly, was meaningless and could have been signed by Santa Claus...REALLY???? AWFUL!!! I should have known when I called and he asked how I heard about them...the ob... read more
