Bienestar Pomona serves the Inland Empire area of Southern California and back on Thursday, November 3, 2016, I attended their weekly Groupo De Ambiente, Prevention Group for Gay Men. Bienestar has many locations and South LA happens to be one of them. On Tuesday evenings from 7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M., they have their weekly HIV prevention meetings called Grupo Caras which are now being hosted by Arturo. The meetings are typically done in Spanish, however, they are very educational for the most part and often come with pizza or snacks.
