I feel compelled to write this review because I want others to know what kind of operation this Biener Audi is, but first a little background. I got tired of bringing myMasaratiGhibli in for repairs so once my lease ended I jumped to get a reliable car. I ended up leasing an Audi RS5 from Biener. If you're a proud Audi owner like me, take your car to be serviced elsewhere! So much for purchasing a premium vehicle, what you get at Biener Audi is far from such. I learned this when I brought my $72k 2018 SQ5 in for a few service items on 8/22. On this day I was also talked into getting my 10k service as it was nearing anyway. I took my car to Sunrise Tire for inspection on 12/05/17 where I was told I needed to replace front brake pads. I had the work completed. On 04/24/18 I went to Biener Audi for routine maintenance where I was told that my front brake pads and rotors were low and needed to be replaced. I had advised Audi that I had already replaced; however, they were adamant that I have the work done.
