Got the Bien Cuit bread book for Christmas and made the Maple Rye - one of the best flavored breads and a great crumb. Today it's the Buckwheat Sourdough. Thank you, very well written bread book.
Was in Brooklyn a couple months back and stopped here for lunch. Absolutely fantastic, the best bakeries in Philadelphia don't compare.
