Bakery. Not soggy but crispy. Not stale but fresh. Not bland but super tasty. Baguette of the highest order and Danishes that the Vikings themselves would traverse the Atlantic to conquer. 5 ☆
Before I bought the book, I went to the bakery itself and tasted some of the bread. For once the breads were properly salted and had enough flavor. I've been baking bread for over 40 years, beginning at a macrobiotic bakery in New York in the early 70s.
quaint, local bakery. The turkey breakfast croissant was perfectly assembled. And this is not salty processed deli turkey. Nice thick slices of tender turkey breasts with micro greens. Delicious. Drip coffe is also good. Small space so expect shared seating at tables.
