I would not recommend renting from a property managed by Bieck Management. I am tenant at a property managed by Bieck and on Sunday December 6, 2020 I was awaken from my sleep by loud noises (bangs). Turns out my downstairs neighbor was trying to break into my apartment at 2am. Law enforcement was immediately called and the downstairs neighbor was taken into custody.
