Had a problem with my Toro Recycler. Came in and spoke to Chris, he informed me that it was under recall and that they would take care of it at no charge. His customer service skills were top notch. Great place and great products. Check them out.
Great customer service; had my trans in stock. This place has everything snowblower/lawn equipment.
My lawn mower needed a major tune up. Pull cord was stuck, wouldn't stay running. That's all fixed and it's looking brand new. Ryan did a great job and went above and beyond my expectations. Sharpened the blade and powerwashed it. Give them a visit in warren if you need any lawn equipment repaired. Now to cut this overgrown lawn.
Called them before bringing them my weed whip and blower. Gentlemen on the phone said $63 and parts cost for a tune up and that would include filters fuel line etc. I take it up there and the service tech at the counter says let me show my guy. Comes back and says it's not worth it. Why didn't you say that on the phone when I told you the brands. Anyway took it to a friend and he had it running in 20 minutes. Great service, price, and selection of equipment. They are very efficient with repairs. I wouldn't go to any other place than Bid's, you can always trust them.
