My health insurance sent me papers, stating this is the hospital that would be convenient for me. As well, (assigned) me a PCP. So I call the hospital to set up an appointment, and apparently "according to the receiptsionist", they are not accepting new patients. Even though I was assigned a PCP!! AND TO TOP IT OFF THE SITE SAYS ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. very inconvenient.
They use "doctors" who will put lies on your medical records, in violation of your rights! This will make it impossible to get care you need and deserve in the future!
