Staff is very pleasant. So much nicer since one of your long time front end staff is apparently no longer there. I know several people who left your practice because of her, I had also considered transferring, however the last 2 visits she has not been there & what a difference I have noticed. I would like also if you could check with MetLife insurance about being a preferred provider. Thank you!

My dental hygienist was great. I have been a client for a few years and think that she is just wonderful! Explains things thoroughly and knows how to have a conversation with someone that can't talk back because their mouth is wide open :)(if that makes sense? LOL)
I received an e-mail to schedule an appointment. I clicked on it and it stated that I would be contacted to schedule an appointment. I was not contacted, I clicked again, and was not contacted. I then called to schedule an appointment.
