Didnt have my dogs medicine when we had an appt. over a week in advance. given my cat time there and will not bring any of my fur children here ever again as slummy as the town.
I have my first appointment here tonight for my guinea pig. I want to give you guys 5 stars for squeezing him in when I called up almost in tears because of my little man's issues. I can't remember who I spoke with on the phone but she was so nice and caring it's already made me very happy with my choice of bringing him here!! Thank you so very much.
I have had animals my whole life and have gone to many vets. I must say that Dr. Erin Spader is very thorough and understanding of your pets health. I really like how she takes the time to explain to you what may be the problem and the form of treatment. Many vets don't take the time to explain. She doesn't do unnecessary tests for more money. ( which a lot of vets do) Thank you and all your friendly staff!
Just love the folks at Biddeford Animal Hospital. They always treat my dogs as if they are their favorites! The doctors and staff are compassionate and understanding. Never have to wait to long and we're always able to get in when there is something urgent going on. :)
I have had nothing but great service from these kind and gentle staff. Just because there might be one bad apple in the bunch doesnt spoil the whole barrell.
