Dr. Bob is the best pediatrician you can find in the area. Very respectful and knowledgeable. He never rushes the appointments- he takes his time to do a thorough checkup and does not leave until he answers all your questions. He even takes questions on his patient portal and answers them within 24 hours.
Dr. Bob is great doctor. 1 star is for their ear piercing service. I am extremely disappointed with the ear piercing service. We were informed that a nurse from Rowen would perform the piercing and the receptionist will be helping her. However, the receptionist actually performed the procedure. To make matters worse, she didn't mark the spot before piecing. She asked us to mark the spot but as we were not sure we asked for guidance to mark it. Dr bob is amazing and super knowledgeable!! He takes he’s time explaining everything which we truly appreciated, whenever I have a question or concern I send him a message on the portal and he is quick to respond, it is very reassuring knowing we can always talk to him directly about any issues that arise. Thank you doc and team for taking such great care of our little humans !!
