Treat people good and people tell their friends, treat people poorly and they tell everyone. Worst customer service here, don't bother.
My partner and I bought both of our bikes from Paradise and have had them serviced there as well. We couldn't be happier with our bikes or the service we received. I recommend them to all of my friends.
Went in looking for bikes for myself, wife and daughter. Looked around the store for 10 minutes with three staff behind the counter and no offer for help. It's too bad because we had cash to spend.
Paradise Bicycles is my favorite neighborhood bike shop. I have never met a more professional group of people who truly care about their customers. They have the most advanced technology to help fit you on your bike. From saddle to handlebar positioning to cleat sizing and much more. They will cover it all with you. I feel like I can lean on the Paradise Team for anything and they always make you feel at home.
Left with an abundance of knowledge and confidence. They found the right fit for me and really cared about all my criteria. Is now my bike shop with no need to find another.
Got my bike back yesterday did a 18 mile bike ride .. Big shout out to the gang at Paradise Cycles you guys got my bike up and running and smooth. By far the best bike store and repair in town.
