These guys really care about their customers and with a lot of competition in the area, that is a really important factor in my choice to always shop with them for my cycling needs. Nothing seems to be too much of a problem; "idiot" questions are handled with respect and it doesn't really matter if you are a newbie or a seasoned rider as you are welcomed and dealt with in a super professional manner. Quality store, quality people, I totally recommend them!
My Partner who is new to biking blew out a tire this weekend. Being close to home we took the bike over for repair. We were very impressed by the service. They pointed out several safety issues we would have never have noticed. Great service and very reasonable.

My wife an I stooped in to shop for a pair a bike's and Gregg was over the top helpful. He first took the time to understand what we were looking for then went over the various models that would be the best fit for us. We were planning on going to 3 Bike shops in the area but after 10 minutes with Gregg, we new this was the shop for us. Next door is Go Girl Cycling, same owner. U Have DEALT With Lynne and she was,always there for me even helped me order a special electric bicycle that other trek dealership wouldn't touch or order it for me even when I moved away she put me in contact with a person who serviced my bicycle which alot of Trek dealership wouldn't even adjust a brake lever for me or do nothing for me she always went out of her way to help me so didn't the staff of hers
