My husband and I bought our first bikes here and the service was phenomenal!! Greg and his mom were very attentive and explained to us all the details of our new bikes. We purchased a giant and a Liv for myself, we are really happy with our first bikes and looking forward to buying another one in the future also here at Paradise Bicycles !

I stopped in yesterday to find out what it would cost to have a wheel on my son’s bicycle fixed. I don’t know much about bikes, all I knew was the tire wouldn’t hold air. Greg was so nice and gladly took a look at it. They didn’t have the size tire and tube needed to do the repair, but I got lucky and they were able to get it in on an order that came in today. I went to a few bicycle shops to get help picking out a bike to help me get into shape. These guys were great! John at the Cape Coral location gave me many options and what to look for. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service from everyone there.
