rude to the customers can't believe this place is still open
They did good business with us. Bought my son a $700 bike. That may be why they did good business. On my way back tomorrow to look for another bike. I dont like the area they are in and they are kind of hidden. The man and women that worked there were nice.
They have few mountain bikes and one of the owners told me that they are not interested in mountain bikes because the money is in road bikes. OK, but what about the needs and desires of their customers. After today, I will probably not go back. I have recently moved to the area and would love to support Bicycles Etc., my now local bike shop. Unfortunately, they do not seem to care if they get any new customers.
