I was hit by a car earlier this summer. I was very fortunate to survive. The staff at Bicycle X-Change were absolute professionals and compassionate of my situation. If it were not for them I am convinced I would not be riding today as I am. I trust them, I believe in them and I will continue to trade with them. They are my bike shop! RecommendedI have been buying bikes and having them serviced here since 2006. When I encountered a mechanical problem on my latest bike, Mike got involved and between him and Jack they were able to correct the problem. If you need your bike serviced or repaired, this is the place. Thank you.

What a great group of helpful, and very knowledgeable people working there! Thanks for all the help you guys have given us over the years! I better add that the mechanics are top notch!
Needed to have two bikes serviced for the kids to take to KU! The staff was extremely helpful and asked questions about where and how the bikes would be used so they knew how to best service it! I can't thank them enough! Wichita is lucky to have a local treasure like the Bicycle Xchange!

Patrick at Bicycle X-Change spent 45 minutes on the phone with Garmin taking care of my warranty issue. He talked them into a brand new set of Vector 2 replacement pedals. I would have got nowhere on my own. Service like that is why I buy from them instead of online. BXC rocks!

Best bike shop in Wichita with great employees, my bike got stolen and they did their best to accommodate I have and would Reccomended them to everyone ! Shop at bicycle exchange they know their stuff.
