Made us stand outside in the rain waiting for service. We ended up leaving as we did not want to get soaking wet and they will not allow anyone in the store. We'll never come here ever again. Good luck with your new business model.
Had a flat tire on my bike, went by today fully expected to have them take a day or two to gett it fixed, which would have been reasonable to me. Instead, they fixed it on the spot and were really cool the entire time. I will be back! Thank you.
The staff was very helpful, my wife needed new tires and they were very helpful. I even with there help, selected new bike shoes that better fit my needs. I highly recommend this store!
My daughter and I went to Bicycle World last week in search of a street bike she can use at UF in Gainesville. Our experience was excellent! Steve was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient while my daughter looked at and rode five different bikes. We found one that she liked, and the store techs expertly added her rack, lock and cup holder. The customer service and large selection at Bicycle World make this store a must when you’re in search of two-wheeled transportation.
Thank you to Aeric and the team at Bicycle World in Jupiter! I got the perfect bike for me, delivered and in perfect condition, in 2 weeks. I just had a great ride on a beautiful trail in PBG, and the bike was everything I hoped it would be. Thanks again!!!
Second Bicycle shop I visited today where the slightly older gentleman behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to say hello. I am having a really hard time spending this doggone bicycle cash I am carrying around due to piss poor customer service.
Do not waste your time if it involves mountain biking. Waiting two months for replacement shock pump.
