I went into the Bicycle Peddler today to look for a beginner bike for my 4 year old granddaughter, for her birthday. Ruth was very helpful in selecting a bike, and told me about a trade-up policy, until they reach an adult bike. She also showed me a used bike as an option, they would replace the hand grips and put training wheels on the bike. Her birthday is next week, so she said to bring her in and they would fit her to the bike. Great service and very satisfied with the options for a beginner bike.
A bike store that goes WAY out of its way to get you the exact bike you HAVE to HAVE is #1 in my book. Ruth and company know how to keep ICT rolling! I love my new ebike. I can’t wait to zoom on it back and forth to work.
I was more than impressed with everyone at this shop and their willingness to put up with my constant questions and phone calls. I truly felt finding the right bike and gear was as important to them as it was to me. We live in Arkansas and my bike will only be serviced at Bicycle Pedaler.

I had a bicycle fit with Jason and it was amazing. Jason is truly a professional. He addressed my fit issues and was able to greatly improve my comfort and performance. I was impressed by his knowledge of cycling and cycling mechanics. The Wichita cycling community is lucky to have someone like Jason in the area.
