RecommendedCan’t say enough good things about Ruth at The Bicycle Pedaler. Didn’t get this bike from them, but knew my seat was jacked (needed adjusting). I called, she said yes we’re open-bring it by-just knock on the door. Out comes Ruth ( in her mask) looks at my bike-goes back inside for tools- in about 5 minutes-under the tent in front of the store, she adjusted my bike seat and handle bars...and says “Enjoy your ride” ...and I did! Thank-you!
RecommendedI had a flat in the middle of a 30+ mile ride. Not only did Bicycle Pedaler have a new tube for me, but Ruth herself came out, changed the tire, tuned some on my bike, and of course would take no tip. Amazing thoughtfulness and customer service! I’ll definitely be back!

RecommendedQuickest service ever! Had a cracked jockey wheel on my triathlon bike. Couldn’t ride it, even on my trainer. Called them and the service manager Aaron had me bring it down and he had it replaced in 10 minutes! All of this happened during this crazy COVID-19 time. They are working extra hard to make sure we can ride our bikes and keep some sort or normalcy to our lives. THANK YOU BICYCLE PEDALER!!
