Greg took care of me amazingly! He had the patience to explain in detail to me about components of my bike and was able to use his knowledge to teach me about mtb setups. never once did he pressure me or even ask me if I was wanting to buy a new bike. Ultimately he got me set up with a brand new stuntjumper and I couldn't be happier with it! Often times I've been to shops where I walk in and the team have a very pretentious attitude towards those who aren't as knowledgeable in bikes. this was not the case at Bicycle Heaven..... read more

I have been doing business with Matt/Bicycle Heaven since 2009 when I bought my Cervelo. The service can not be beat. The knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding. I bought my Specialized Roubaix yesterday from BH. Again, I was treated with respect with no attempts to push a sell. I was assisted by Greg. He had great patience with me; answered all my questions. If you plan on purchasing a road/mountain bike, visit this shop and have the freedom of getting your questions answered and not being pushed to buy.

Great bikes, fantastic service! We bought our first mountain bike hard tails here and they took their time going over what we needed, fitting us to the bikes, and provided awesome service for our bikes when they needed it.
