I'll probably never to go bicycle heaven again due to the owner and his lack of good customer service. He spoke rudely to one of his employees and to me during the same time frame. I could tell he was overwhelmed with work orders but this simply dose not give him the right to speak inappropriately to his employees nor to I. I'm pissed because now I have to find another bike shop in town, and on another note I travel 2.5 hours to get bike service so you'd think he would be somewhat understanding. RecommendedMy daughter and I went to purchase a bike for her at Bike Heaven off I-10 and let me just say that Jason and Andrew were AWESOME! There was one bike left in her size and the training wheels didn’t fit the bike, and Jason let me know that they were all out of stock and didn’t know when they would getting any training wheels to fit her bike. Dropped by and they threw on some new grips for me while I waited. They were efficient and friendly. Also playing good music.
Matt has assembled one of the best crews in the business.
