I purchased my bike at the Castle Hills location, and take it there anytime I need a tune-up or repairs. They always do a great job, and take the time to educate as well. Highly recommend this shop for your biking needs.

Went in for a pair of new shoes and pedals since my 13 year old Specialized finally said “no mas!!!” David gave me some killer options and I went home with some new Torch 3.0s and Speedplay spinners! Found my new local bike shop to support. Thanks guys and see ya on the road.
Very clean and inviting location with helpful and friendly staff members. Always willing and able to answer questions and make suggestions about components, maintenance/repairs, or any items stocked on their shelves. I would highly recommend these shops to riders of all experience levels.
After my pride & joy Pinarello and I were abruptly removed from HNH by an errant cyclist, some of my dearest friends took heart & took my broken. Pinarello to Bicycle Heaven. Matt, Dave and Greg were SO careful and meticulous in their handling of the situation and rectified all wrongs making her perfect again! It took a few months, but their diligence has paid off! Attentive staff. Nice aspect for a newbie like me.
Hands down, they have some of the best customer service to offer. Matt took care of my bike’s problem within the hour of me dropping it off, as well as adjusting the saddle and seat post height. Great shop with a terrific staff!
