They are great so easy to get set up very easy to get seen by the Drs the Drs are so nice of I could see them for my regular Dr I would they are definitely worth it and I will be going to them and I would recommend them 5 out of 5
Don't waste your time they try to take money off your card even if your card is not saved they don't help try to lower your medication because they want to keep you on to take your money and now they're trying to charge me five different charges for things I shouldn't be charged for just go find a doctor don't do this
They used to be great. The provider has since stopped showing up to their appointments, has also been late to every appointment for the last 6 months Actively looking for a new medication provider The more I complain the more They make excuses and pretend like nothing is wrong They’ve also implemented a new rule and if you do not do their peer coaching classes, you can’t see a provider They blackmail you into being able to bill your insurance for the classes if you don’t go to the class you can’t see the doctor Really nice o... read more
Completely unprofessional. Nearly impossible to get in contact with outside of appts that occur once a month. I accidentally forgot to ask for a refill for one of my medications that I need on a daily basis during my appt. Called and messaged them, waiting for hours only to hear that my provider is out for the next five days and no one else in the staff could step in to help. They’re decent but make sure you take care of absolutely everything during your appointment. Customer service is essentially non-existent. Now about to... read more
I did not have a good experience with bicycle health. I have been on my meds for four years now which have helped me stay sober. After three wonderful years at front range clinic, I was forced to switch over to bicycle health when my insurance changed. My doctor, Oluwafemi Oyewole was just the worst. He snapped at me when I was trying to have a serious discussion about my meds. Made me so uncomfortable. On top of that they kept changing my appointment times without consulting me first.
