Tom’s service was the best ..thank you
I called early today to find out when I could get a tube replacement, and was told to bring it in and they would fit it in over the next day or so. I went straight from work with my bike and they said if I was prepared to wait 15 minutes, they'd do it right now. I'm hugely impressed by the service and the friendly nature of all the staff who I encountered whilst waiting. That's the way to make happy customers.
Great customer service from Harold (iirc - sorry). Fantastic service experience for my bike and very informative - answered my concerns well. Will be back!
