Huge range of bikes and accessories in store but terrible website. I assume they want to steer customers to the physical store rather than buy online which is fine but only marred by the eagerness staff pounce with “can I help you”. I know it’s not their fault but probably an overbearing manager convinced that’s what customers want. The good thing is the staff are cyclists and know their stuff but when you just pop in to browse it starts to get tedious after the 3rd time of saying “no thanks, i’m just browsing”.
