From the very first phone call, the team at Bicycle Express was incredibly helpful and professional. I worked directly with Ryan, who was an absolute legend—super knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely keen to help. Himself and the team completely sorted me out with a great bike at a great price. Even though I live in a different state, Ryan and bicycle express made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. Couldn’t be happier with the service—massive thanks to Ryan and the team. Second time this is happening and it's kind of dishonest. First time ordered some parts and was suposed to get a call, weeks pass and nothing. Eventually I call in and one of the guys states "yes the part has been there for weeks.." Second time I brought in my bicycle on a saturday morning for a tune up after it was recovered from theft. Service should have taken few hours, and "I'll receive a call when it's done". Approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. This team lives and breathes cycling. I recently had my MTB serviced at Bicycle Express and they did an excellent job - well priced and attentive. I'll happily continue to support this bike shop.
