Bought my Kona Process thru them this spring for a killer deal! After 50mi the freehub started making noise so I trucked it down and Matt rebuilt it no sweat. And did a tune up on the house (due to the bike being new). I'm a DIY guy - I try to do my own work and save money where I can. But they pointed out a bonehead move on my part, routing the chain incorrectly between the jockey wheels.
