BEST bike shop experience ever. As a retired woman who is new to the MTB world, I was treated with enthusiasm, respect, thorough information and the BEST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Noah and the team at Bicycle Express. We had an issue with our bikes come up on a Thursday night - not the shop's fault in any way - and we were supposed to leave on an important ride that Saturday. I brought both bikes in first thing Friday morning expecting to be told it'd be a week. Noah was especially patient and informative around the bikes we looked at. His info was thorough and he answered all my questions. I hope to be able to afford this bike as it would be a pleasure taking the bike there for whatever needs arise! All other staff were pleasant and friendly.
