These guys are awesome! My son’s wheel broke during bike camp yesterday and we needed a super quick fix. It soon became clear a fix was not possible for this old wheel style so one of the techs drove home to take a wheel from his personal stash of old bike parts for us to borrow for today. He made the day of a ten year old boy who didn’t want to miss the last day of trails. Incredible service. Highly recommend!
Stopped here for help with a broken hub while passing through on a bike holiday. Shop crew were extremely helpful in coming up with a repair plan that got me back on the trails in less than an hour. It was a great experience for stopping in a shop I haven't been to before. Staff were really great guys to hang out with while waiting for the repairs to wrap up.
The customer service was 5/5! Noah was awesome to work with. My boyfriend and I drove over three hours to purchase a bike because we read all of the great reviews. After we ordered the bike, Noah met us halfway to deliver the bike to us after it was built! It was such a great experience and they really know their stuff. Hoping to drive back out there to ride Waterbury with the new set of wheels.

A++ customer service. I brought my 8 year old nephew to Bicycle Express this last weekend to get a new helmet. The guy that helped us explained different features on all the helmets so both of us could understand it. He explained it so well he was able to explain what the MIPS system is, and why it’s important if you’ve had a serious head injury. Great experience, highly recommend this bike shop.
