I was seeking an attorney to represent me as personal representative of my mother's estate. Several early leads pulled out when it was clear the estate was small. Tim Bickhaus did not. He met with me promptly, worked the estate through probate with efficiency, and was always responsive by email or phone call to my questions (I live out of state). Spends a little too much time on social media attacking strangers and praising Trump for my taste. He frequently calls people he disagrees with “demonrats” on his public page. Lovely. In his public response to my critique of calling people he disagrees with demons, Tim decided calling all of Columbia Missouri “hippie town” was the way to regain the moral high ground. This guy doesn’t have the professionalism or emotional maturity to handle making himself a sandwich, much less handle important financial matters for you.
