They don't stand by their work! They planted 16 arborvitaes for us 2+ years ago and we've been begging them since to come back and replace the trees that are dead/dying (at least half of them are in horrible shape). There is always some sort of crazy excuse why they haven't done it that comes along with an empty promise to take care of it. I'm still looking at crappy trees and now they are just ignoring me.
