I asked if there was anything else I should be aware of before planning the trip. I later found out the vehicle had "clerical errors" amung the odometer records. This should have been disclosed before planning a trip to see the vehicle. Once I asked for the carfax report the "error" was mentioned. Fortunately I was able to cancel the trip with little inconvenience to the others in my party. Shame on you Mr Bickel!

Very unprofessional dealer . Dont waste your time .we drove 100 miles to look at at truck . When we got there the truck badly needed tires and the truck shuck going down the road . We talked to Bickle about trade in price and truck price which we had both agreed on . When we told him we had a lean on our trade which was well below the trade in value he blew up . Horrible! I contacted the company to ensure they still had the car. They confirmed they did. I checked on their hours and told them I would be coming the next day to see the car. After work the next day I drove the hour to get to the car lot, looked around--no car. Still excited about the possibility I thought they may have "put it back" for me since they knew I was coming that day so I waited for assistance. Very poor customer service. I drove over an hour to see a vehicle on their lot after an employee told me twice (two different phone calls) that it was ready for me to see and to test drive. I arrived on their lot and the vehicle was in the shop and they would not let me see the car. I will never deal with them again.
