She is nice in person and provided adequate care over the several years i went to her. However, I recently received a breast cancer diagnosis, sent her a message in My Chart asking for assistance, and here I am two months later and she never responded (i did receive care elsewhere). I will be looking for a new PCP. I think she must have too many patients or inadequate office support but this is unacceptable.
