Very disappointing experience. I had a scheduled appointment with Nurse Practitioner Joelle Callaghan, but the appointment never took place because she was on another call at my scheduled time. I waited for 30 minutes before giving up. This was very disrespectful of my time and came across as highly unprofessional. I expected better communication and consideration, especially for a scheduled appointment.

While the GPs are great, the front desk staff (and one person in particular) are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. The owners of this practice need to make some changes at the customer service end to ensure the practice remains a provider of choice.

I would absolutely not recommend this medical centre to anyone, even my worst enemy. They don’t care how unwell you are and have no consideration about patients with severe medical conditions such as diabetes. My friend was left waiting for over an hour to be seen and has ended up having a severe sugar drop causing her to be extremely unwell and distressed. Not a good experience, booked appointment at 11.30 ,still waiting at 12.20 , 45 minutes ,yet an empty waiting room ! I gave up and walked out . Small cramped waiting room not good to sit in for three quarters of an hour . I would recommend you look for another practice
