Thaddeus was awesome.
A great stop on our coast-to-coast roadtrip. Coming from LA, fresh tortillas and a unique range of vegetarian proteins were a very pleasant surprise in the Upper Midwest. Don't sleep on the carrot tinga — flavorful and packs a spicy punch!
Bibisol was recommended to me by a local, just an amazing menu I want to try all of it. The Aguachile was the best ceviche dish I have ever had. Sweet, a little tart, a little spicy, refreshing, savory. Might be one of my favorite shrimp dishes I have ever had, I was that in love with it. And I want another one of these pumpkin tamales it’s too good.
