Edit: I am updating and condensing this review down to photos and videos and a paragraph, just to clear up any possible "misinformation". Very satisfied with the management on how fast they resolved my appt issue. Very responsible and professional responding on emergency matters calling and reassuring me everything was getting handle. My AC stoped cooling and heating up pretty quickly living, in Florida thats a nightmare. But Bianchi stepped up and even after hours they took care of my AC problem. They sent out a tech within 30 min, tech came in took care of the AC and made sure it was cooling before he left. Thank you!
I have worked with many property management companies in the past but Bianchi has proven to be a cut above them all. They’re very professional and very easy to work with. Bernadette has been a real pleasure to work with and I look forward to a long lasting professional relationship with her.
This is a review for the property management side as we have been tenants since 2023. We had no issues during the move in process, actually it was pretty great. But everything since then has gone downhill. They do not answer their phones, you have to leave a voicemail and they “may” get back to you. They have a portal where you can text from, but their responses are very minimal and they seem to forget you each time you reach out.
