The service is pretty good, efficient and painless. The cost is reasonable and the dentist treated me very patiently and nicely. I will not switch to other dentist unless I have to move out of this town. Usually, they will call you one day ahead to remind you the appointment and you will get the treatment immediately as long as you show up punctually. The facilities are new and good. Both my colleagues and I are currently accepting treatment in this office.

After a number of very bad dental experiences with my HMO I switched to a PPO and was able to use Dr. Bialick and his team. I was very impressed with their care and service. They generally run on time and I've very rarely had to spend more than a few minutes in their waiting area.

Seems like they do an OK job. The cleanings here are OK although it doesn't seem like they put all that much effort into it. They play movies in the waiting area to keep you entertained perhaps an indication of how long the wait can be. And yes the wait can be quite long at times even if you have an appointment. The service from reception and admin staff is appallingly slow at times. The facility itself is modern, clean, and attractive.

My experience with Dr Bialick is very positive. He and his staff are very good, good workmanship, honest and helpful, as well as enjoyable. The best dentist I have ever had. I would recommend him highly to anyone, just as he was recommended to me.
